  Wish they would stock better products. Their resource for bugs is in need of change! ALL of their crickets, superworms, mealworms, waxworms, everything that comes from cherry creek is infested with mites. Without fail, every time i purchase crickets, or any other bug for that matter they're always loaded up with mites. To be clear the mites do not come from petsmart, but from their bug supplier. Time to switch it up!

  I took my dog in for a groom and she came out terrible!! Patches of hair were missing .. long bits left dangling. Hit the quick on multiply nails ... and she still had bits of green in her hair from our morning walk!!! So so disappointed that this place allowed to groom animals. They should stick to selling products ... or hiring caring, capable grooms to do a proper job. I would highly highly recommended going else where. These people are horrendous.

  The staff here is Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection and like their commitment to charitable organizations helping animals in need.

  Took our dog here for a grooming, paid for a bath, nail clipping, trimming, tooth brushing, etc. He was definitely damp when he came out, but his nails were not trimmed, paws were still dirty and hadn't been trimmed, and his teeth certainly hadn't been touched. He's not a problem dog and is fine when we groom him ourselves, which we have resorted to. Selection for pet supplies is good though.

  Research, where Petsmart gets smaller animals and reptiles from. It is disgusting, and inhumane. They keep the small animal trade alive. Where small animals are kept in despicable conditions. So many of them do not make it alive, kept in small bottles and tubs. Do not support any pet stores, that support the small animal trade. Or the selling of any animals.
