    New to the area and found the staff helpful. However, here I am at 5:40 on a Friday to find the doors closed. I will not be returning to a business that can't even maintain their business hours (which are already very restrictive to people who work during the week).

    Really disappointed that they do not accept returns from other Pet Planet locations. I was willing to even accept store credit. We spend a lot on food, treats, and toys for our new puppy but will spend elsewhere from now on. There are far better local options. I thought I would be covered between locations as we travel a lot, but I guess I'm better off going going to truly local places and cutting the loss if something doesn't fit my puppy.

    Seems like they thought it would be fine to close half an hour early on a Friday. Will not be returning.

    Awesome staff. Super friendly and helpful. Locally owned with quality products. My dog gets so excited when we go to this store because she loves the staff.
