  Good services with pretty decent atmosphere. I would like a little bit more attention to detail with regard to employees paying attention when in vicinity of their "quiet areas" - spaces that are supposed to be relaxing and free of loud conversation, cell phones, etc - the employees were constantly loudly carrying on with loud conversation and generally ruining the atmosphere before the massage.

  This minor gripe aside, it was a good massage with proper attention to a relaxing atmosphere once your masseuses have begun their portion of the service.

  This is my go-to place in Victoria for spa services. Extremely friendly and caring staff, very clean and peaceful environment, and amazing services. I always try to book in with and highly recommend Carla Main, who is very attentive, warm, and skilled at what she does. However, I have also been with several of the other staff members and they were all fantastic. :)

  Book your next massage here! We treat ourselves on vacation to massages, facials, etc and our experience at Sapphire was one like no other. Take the time to review their helpful website on Ayurveda massage and the many healing treatments they offer - it's educational as well. Kenan and Kayliah were friendly and professional and asked how they could help each of us by focusing on health issues and problem areas.

  Visited while on a trip in Fall 2016. Had the best RMT massage in my life here. Very knowledgeable and sensitive therapist. Also tried the Abhyanga (sp?) Ayurvedic head massage and wasn't sure what to expect, but became a convert to Ayurvedic therapy after that awesome experience. Will definitely visit again when I'm in town.
