  I give it one star, because there is no "0". The assistant park manager Craig was very rude when he finally returned my third message . Tried to get information about the park before buying, fence height, number of pets, which was 2 , 6 months ago is now 1, no where in their 7 page "Manufactured Home Site Tenancy Agreement "does it say 1 . He was abrasive, said that having these questions probably would not make me a suitable renter. I am viewing a prefab home within the park for $260, 000.00, with monthly does of 650. Dang right I want to know whats not on this 7 page, month to month rental agreement. I asked the "what if's" for homeowners if the park were to be sold, and he was over-the-top rude. Craig was very ignorant to key questions. I believe this is the only park still on septic, all others have removed septic and gone to sewer, a cost that shows commitment, and they answer their phones, invite questions, and welcome new comers.
