  I bought my betta fish to this store and one of the factor that convinced me more to buy is because of "Autumn" ( Supervisor ) . She gave me full details about this kind of fish. She is an asset of this company.. very friendly,efficient and must say with a 5star customer service . Thank you Autumn and just to let you know... He brought happiness to our home . Me and my husband named him "Filonek" .

  There was a group of three employees at the reptile display who showed no desire to assist the half dozen or so people looking at fishes or trying in vane to get their attention.

  When we arrived, there was an employee in aquatic doing a waterchange. As soon as we made up our mind saying like "so 10 of those?", she took off and never showed up. Waited 5 mins and went up to chashier to get some help. She announced a several times. 5 mins later this guy showed up and was doing something in reptile area which is right by aquatic. He was looking at us. The cashier still continued the announcement. Another 5 mins, the guy finally decided to help us. No apologies or whatsoever. He didn't even know about fish at all and was not helpful at all. At that time, only 2 of us and other couple of customers. Just a cashier and nobody else. What a shame they have decent item selections and rediculous customer service.

  I read the reviews but decided to take a chance as it's the only place that sells a certain brand of dog treats. Plus I like to give people a chance.

  Plants are decently priced. Bought a few anubias plants from here and they were better quality than some of the other local pets stores. Owner is nice and followed up on an inquiry I had from a while back to let me know that a fish is now in stock.

  Staff seemed confused. They were unable to price match. Seemed happy to have me walk out the door.
