    Went in last week to see about special ordering my wedding band, and was supposed to get a phone call back with an answer by the end of the week. With still no phone call Monday afternoon I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to call myself. Turns out the lady I was dealing with had left on vacation and had not passed my account along to anyone else (as she insisted to me she was going to), but not only that when I did phone to try and rectify the situation the woman on the other end was extremely rude and short with me. Just an FYI for whoever I talked to maybe you should treat your customers better if you are wanting them to spend any kind of money at your store! Don't bother wasting your time at this store try the one at Mayfair instead the Manager was very helpful and accomodating.
