    watch battery replacement for a vintage watch originally purchased at Birks. Very accommodating, and very reasonable. Some very nice, if pricey products in here, but also competitive at lower price points.

    this place has the worst service I have ever experienced in Victoria for a jewerlly store.

    I took my watch to be repaired because the crown fell off. They phoned me for an estimate 2 weeks later of $130.00 and I said go ahead. It took almost a month later before it was ready. When I picked it up the cost was $580.00. I said no way that's not what you said. They replied too bad if you don't pay you don't get your watch back.
