  My insurance was up for renewal and as usual, I was procrastinating as thought it was the 24th of December. I called to get a quote and they gave me one and let me know that it could change based on my history in their system. Unfortunately it did but at least they were honest.

  I also couldn't help but notice another customer while I was there that needed a renewal but couldn't leave the front door as she didn't want to leave her elderly mother unattended in her car.
