    I had to renew my insurance yesterday and the agent named Starr went way out of her way to help me get it done quickly and painlessly. In a world where customer service is becoming mere lip service, I was astounded by her professionalism and willingness to help me. Her co-worker even picked up the slack as Starr took the time to help me out. Guess which company will be handling all of my insurance in the future?!

    Went there and had the worst experience. Said they needed more info on the vehicle i was purchasing . We had all the required info. They would not insure the vehicle. So we went to another insurrance office with the same info and walked out 10 min later happy customers. I will never give them my business again. They suck.
