    Definitely the best gym in Langford! I trained here when it was in Vic and now that it's in langford, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

    I agree.. I just did a drop in while I was passing through and I found the staff were excellent and the gym had a really friendly feel to it.. great place thanks... recommended
