  If you're into juicing and all that jazz, they're recently started tucking juicing bundles (kale, chard, mint, etc.) and little "CSA" style boxes in the corner of the organics section - good deal for a mix that's ideal for singletons and couples who don't dine home much.

  Such a great community grocery store! Very friendly and helpful staff! I can always get assistance to find something I need. Gordon is awesome with his knowledge in the vitamin and health isle! I bought flowers and they went the extra mile and wrapped each set beautifully! AND there is a hidden gem if bulk food in the front corner! Love shopping there! I choose to shop there every week from a quick milk run to major shopping.

  Good deals on packaged goods and frozen items, though they don't have much for local produce (loads of stuff out of Cali, even when we're in the height of Autumn) you will likely spend a lot less on conventional groceries here.

  Just moved to esquimalt and it seems to be the best prices in the area. Not busy and good selection.
