  I called multiple times in the following days to try to find out what happened and never got an answer, and was finally called back a week or so later by the receptionist who didn't acknowledge how many times I had called just trying to find out what happened and told me the doctor had decided she didn't need to check up with me.

  I cannot believe how incredibly hard it is to get a hold of anyone - I cannot believe how incredibly frustrated I am to have to keep calling. It's not like I enjoy making these calls. I NEED to cancel my appointment and as such need to at least reach someone.
