  8 years I have been bringing my work vans into Midas. Never an issue. I've enjoyed dealing with all the staff like Art, Terry and Dave!!

  Took my vehicle to Midas and was told repairs would cost around $1500..my husband was quoted a different price than I was on the repairs (they had our vehicle in the shop at the time and knew both of us were calling about the same vehicle). Pulled our vehicle out and took it to a locally owned shop not to far and the same work was done for $800 less and customer service was far superior! Sorry Midas but you've lost a customer for life on this one.

  Took my old truck in for a minor tune up and coolant flush.Coolant was was only half replaced, tune up was by "lets replace another part and see if it works better" After $600 of "tune up', the engine ran worse upon completion, although Midas did eventually rectify the problem. Very limited technical skill here and I paid far too much for the result. Midas, you have lost an 11 year customer, as you will the several others I had sent to you for vehicle maintenance.

  Mother took car in for a motor mount, paid for one for her automatic vehicle, they screwed up and put a manual one in, then tried to make her pay for their screw up for the new part when it finally came in. Eventually gave in and gave it to her for free, but only when a man stepped up and called them out. What a JOKE of a location. Go somewhere else that won't screw up and try and make you pay for it. They should be ashamed and go out of business. Pathetic and sexist. Don't worry. We're telling every one we know how terrible you are.

  I came in here after hitting a rogue rock and fearing that my exhaust was destroyed due to the loud exhaust noise and vibrations. They were only supposed to diagnose the issue but decided to fix it as it was a really quick fix. They didn't charge me and consequently I went from stressed to elated. These made my day! Keep up the good work!

  Update 7 months after this review: They fired Terry and Dave but Art is still there. New management, they have no idea who I am and my 7 trucks aren't given the attention they once were under the old staff. I decided to just move on to another servicer.
