  Had a great visit here today. Drove over from Langford based on a recommendation from a fellow dog owner at the dog park. They are the only suppliers of some great products including the Freedom Harness which is great to counter pulling.

  The groomer, though nice enough, had no idea how to groom a long haired mini dachshund...no idea at all. These dogs have hair, not fur, and my dog came out looking like a roly poly teddy bear! Your groomers need better training. I certainly won't be back, nor to your store...yikes!!!

  Tarara and Philip are super nice to pets and humans alike! Tamara does such a thorough job grooming Jasper, our pug and he loves her too. Very clean establishment and professionally run. Highly recommended.

  My other half got the wrong dog food for our dog. He had opened it, however our dog is a very picky eater. He was supposed to get a certain type of food, I took the wrong one back not looking for a refund, but to buy the new food and have them donate the wrong one. They actually exchanged the food for me. I was surprised. Wonderful service. Will be going back.

  I brought my dog in and they helped pick the right size and also did some fitting. They were super helpful and friendly.
